These terms apply when you use the de'LOU'cious Eats website, place an order, or choose to receive SMS order updates.
Orders
Orders are subject to availability and review. We may contact you if we need to confirm pickup timing, availability, pricing, or order details.
Pickup
Orders are prepared for pickup only unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for arriving during the selected or confirmed pickup window.
SMS Terms
By checking the SMS consent box during checkout, you agree to receive transactional text messages related to your order. These messages may include order receipt, confirmation, updates, cancellations, ready-for-pickup notices, and pickup reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out by selecting email-only updates during checkout or by replying STOP to a text message. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
Email Updates
Email remains part of our order communication flow. Even if you opt out of SMS, we may still send order-related emails.
Cancellations and Changes
We will do our best to accommodate changes and cancellations, but some requests may be limited by timing, ingredient preparation, or pickup windows.
